Warrior Arms - Execute Phase T21

Hello there

The Arms MaxDPS Rota isn't executing correct with the T21 Setbonus.

This is the Current T21 Execute Rotation:


The Rotationbot doesn't use "Whirlwind" at 3 Stacks of "Weighted Blade" (T21 Bonus)
All other Spells work correctly at executing.

Would be awesome if you could update the execute Rotation for the T21 users.
