Could somebody please explain or even a video and a narrative how to heal with disc in a raid.

I turn off FT on the program, watch my raid frames click the low health ones, do some dps, rinse and repeat. THE HPS is shocking so I must be doing something wrong?

Since I have updated the Bot it is performing 10x better than before thank you. Could anyone that raids with the dics priest help me to raid also?
