Assassination Rogue - Does not work?

So i quickly tried to used the Assassination Rogue, but it does not seem to work very good.
Why is it not using Vanish for example?

The program uses "Vanish" only with the talent "
http://www.wowhead.com/spell=14062/nightstalker" and only when you have 5 combo points

i typed wrong sorry.
I meant ; it DOES uses vanish, but on my computer the combat stops after that. He vanishes and then just standing there doing nothing.
Its suppose to do Vanish -> Rupture, but its not.

Place the Rupture button on the invisibility panel, as assigned to the assistant

I have the exact same hotbars in non-stealth and stealth.
Dont know how to fix it.

Do you testing on dummy or in raid?

Perhaps you are trying to test X on a dummy, but the problem is that when you use X in a battle with a dummy, you immediately leave the battle, because you do not get the battle status from people in the raid, try to check in LFR or RAID
