Midnight Rotations

Hello everybody
in advance, sorry for my bad english
I have problems with the assitenten, The TANK rotation makes me many probleme.
No shearing in the rota and continuous misfires in rotation.
I have configured it as described and can not find the problem.
Property times all addons deactivated however no improvement
had only the digits 1-9 occupied and everything made as it was described very extensively
Is it possibly at my Win 10?

Win10 should make no problem since it works anyway. Seems like binding and configuration mistake.
Please send me screenshots of game interface with keybindings seen clearly and MaxDPS interface. Talent build would be great too.
