Are we able to change the number of targets of Prescience from 3 to 2 please? Because you only have enough charges to keep it rolling on two dps, especially for mythic+

This is more for M+, instead of spreading it around to all 4 party members, it's better to overlap the two DPS so they have as much uptime as possible even if the timer overlaps
