[Fury] Current AoE Rotation

Hello there
is there any Chance to see under what conditions maxDPS uses Whirlwind?
At the Moment the AoE-DPS is pretty bad, either the bot does nothing, it spams only whirlwind, or uses whirlwind like only 2-3 times in a fight.
Normally Whirlwind should be used to Keep up the "meat cleaver" buff so Rampage and Bloodthirst deal AoE dmg, but that doesn't work.
So, how is the Fury-AoE designed atm? and will there be an improvement soon, or do i have to Change my class if i wanna use maxDPS any further^^
