Midnight Rotations

Last night, in our NH HC clear i experienced several times that BoS/Pillar was on cooldown, but still saved runes and runic power.

I had to manually press some abilities so it would get capped all the time. This happened several times, and my DPS wasnt what it used to be. (like earlier version)

Prepare phase begins 15 seconds before the BoS ready.

Yeah, thats the point. Forgot to mention.

It pooled resources Even though BoS was NOT available in 15 seconds.

It didnt happen every time, but 3-5 times om bosses, i started looking for issues when my dps was not what it used to be
