DK Frost Low Dps

Hi, I have 258 Ilvl, 2 legendaries,Necrolord and Im doing around 5 to 6k Dps, is this is normal?

I think it's low dps

Not sure what is happening.
BM is working well,around 10k to 11k and 251 ilvl
