Demon Spikes

Is there anything that can be done about Demon Spikes? It's something that should be up all the time and it seems like it only uses 1 charge at a time. Can we have it always on cooldown?

It's meant to be always recharging to not waste Spike's CD. The second charge is kept for "OHH SHIT!" situations. If Spikes uptime is more important we could change it, but if the others would not mind.

Не надо ничего менять,прожать не сложно если что,а так сэйвы в опу уходят.
