I am trying to purchase a key, but paypal is no longer accepted - and I do not have a RU/UA card for the other option to purchase.

Any other way I can buy a key?

You should select EU | Asia | UA card in purchase methods.
Yo can send money to my personal Paypal account. Write me to messanger for take email address for send money and receive code.
