Havoc DH Not Using Elysian Decree

Greetings,

The Havoc DH bot is not using Elysian Decree.
I tested with several keybinds and setups. The program does not use Elysian Decree in PvP or PvE.
Can the logic be looked at for this spell? Thanks!

Could the logic from Vengeance DH be copied to the Havoc DH program for Dragonflight?
Elysian Decree is very strong with some Havoc DH builds (especially in PvP). It would be cool to have the program use it!

My answer was about the program for Havoc DH. Elysian Decree used correctly

Havoc DH does not use Elysian Decree in its rotation for the DF program.
I tried many times, both in PvP and PvE with several different keybinds.
Could you let me know when Elysian Decree is set to be used in the Havoc DH rotation?

If you want to use ED without choosing an area to apply, then yes.

I found the issue.
Havoc DH takes "Precise Sigils" as their talent. This "Elysian Decree" spell is a different spell ID from the spell they get if they take "Quickened Sigils".
The program does not seem to know the difference of this spell ID, so it was not casting Elysian Decree. It appears to be an oversight from Blizz.
