Different Server

First of all sorry for English if it is forbidden or someting, but there is a little question. Program working well with my main bear druid but when i change server and enter my other bear druid program is not working. Resetted game or program a couple of times, checked all skill again and again, i using same talents same skills, checked System/advanced configs even resetted them not working? Any help? Thanks!

Make sure the program addon is enable.
