Но не запускается. Пишет "Ошибка загрузки обновления"

все стоит. Клиенты на другие классы работают. Не запускается только этот

Попробуйте запустить программу от имени администратора, предварительно отключив антивирус или добавив папку с программой в список его исключений. Если не поможет - покажите скриншот ошибки, которую показывает вам программа.
