Havoc broken?

I tried using it in emerald nightmare ( I currently main vengence and it works just fine and never messes up and also bought WW Monk and works fine) And it randomly stop working and when it did work it did less DPS then me playing ( I was button mashing lol) Just me or??

I got it working and bought a month, but it seems it has no logic?

It is using blade dance on single target boss? thats a pure dps loss?

You're wrong. It've got a lot of logic mainly teken from here:

Blade dance worth using it in case First Blood is taken.
More over it's an option so it's up to You to deciede wither use BD or no.
